Winemaker’s Comments:
Multiple vineyard sources add complexity to this delicious Santa Barbara
County offering. The usual hallmarks of pear, citrus and pineapple
on the nose are enhanced with hints of light toast, butter and
coconut. The palate presents a wonderful array of flavors including
apple, citrus, tropical fruit and butter. This well balanced wine
boasts a rich mouth feel and slight toastiness which makes it
exceptionally food friendly.
