Vineyard Sources: Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, Ashley’s Vineyard in Santa Rita Hills from Fess Parker Estates, and Paraiso Springs Vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands.
Barrel Aging: 100% barrel aged in 1/3 new French Oak for 11 months.
Alcohol: 14.9% alc. by vol. T.A.: 0.6269 g/100ml p.H.: 3.75
Tasting notes: On the nose you’ll find lots of cherry, cola, cinnamon vanilla, strawberry, and raspberry combined with toasty oak, tobacco and a hint of new saddle leather. The striking palate exudes flavors of cherry, cranberry, cola and cinnamon supported by nice acidity and firm tannins.
