42% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 10% Carignane, 8% Cinsaut and 5% Mourvedre
were blended for this exciting wine. Put through 100% malolactic fermentation and
100% barrel aged for 10 months, (70% French oak, 20% new and 30% American oak, 20% new),
this interesting blend is one of a kind!
It exhibits notes of wild berry, plum, smoked meats, mint, cranberry and herb on the nose.
Flavors of wild berry, plum, smoked meats, menthol and cranberry combine for a lingering finish.
