On a family vacation to Ky, we visited Boonesborough. This was taken 24 yrs. ago with my then, 4 yr old daughter.

I am a Fess Parker fan. I loved the weekly show of Daniel Boone. I can still sing every word of the song "Daniel Boone was a man..."

I had a Daniel Boone lunch box in 5th grade. It did not matter to me, if it was boyish.
