“Everybody needs to have a little work done now and again.” Doesn’t that sound like something Joan Rivers might say? Anyhow, 2005 was our year for getting a little work done at the Wine Country Inn.
In February ’05 the pool and Jacuzzi were redone and we purchased new outdoor furniture and cushions to complement the new look. April saw the West Wing corridors enclosed and carpeted to help protect guests from inclement weather and to aid in soundproofing.
The entire Inn was repainted in May and at year’s end we put on a brand new roof. Hopefully Santa appreciated the new landing zone! New carpet went into the guest rooms, hallways and lobby at the end of the year. By the end of 2006, improvements were made to guest room bathrooms.
Our Restaurant Marcella was redecorated in June 2007.
