California law requires web sites collecting personal information
on California residents have a posted privacy policy:
 FessParker.com collects only information at the request of its users for wine club membership signups, order placement and shipment details entered by a user when placing an online order or when the user intentionally requests to be added to a mailing list for future winery or inn newsletters and promotions
No information is collected about consumers other than for wine club membership signups, order placement and shipping details entered by a user when placing an online order or when the user actually requests to be added to a mailing list for future newsletters and promotions.
At our winery operations and at The Wine Country Inn we hold your personal information as totally private and will not sell or share your personal information with anyone.
Wine club members may change their personal information under the wine club tab on the web site by checking the “change info” box on the form. Any user may call or E-mail the winery and have their personal information changed or deleted from our files.
We expect no change in this privacy policy in the future. If for any reason this privacy policy were to change, each individual with personal information on file will be contacted prior to our doing so and allowed to change or delete their information held with us.
