The donor-recipient list will be revised every two years to make sure that we stay in touch with the needs of our community and to allow for family and employee input. Thank you for your understanding. 

Complimentary group or individual tastings are available for non-profit fundraising efforts with proof of 501c3 status. These tastings must be scheduled in advance at 805-688-1545.

• At this time, pets are not permitted at the Fess Parker Wine Country Inn. For pet-friendly accommodations in Los Olivos, our two Wine Country Cabins are suitable for dogs up to 35 pounds with a $100 non-refundable fee and a $250 cleaning deposit.
• Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
• Early check-in is upon request and availability basis. Please call 805.688.7788 to check availability.
• Late check-out is available on a request basis for an extra fee. Please call 805.688.7788 for availability and rates
• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for the room and applicable taxes will be processed seven (7) days prior to arrival to the card on file. Any additional charges incurred during the stay will be settled at departure. There is no charge for children age 10 and under when they occupy the same room as adults with existing bedding.
• All rooms are dual occupancy. Maximum occupancy per room is 4.
• A charge of $110 per person per night will apply for a 3rd and 4th person in the same room.
• Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Full payment for the room and applicable taxes will be processed seven (7) days prior to arrival to the card on file. Any additional charges incurred during the stay will be settled at departure. If the deposit cannot be successfully processed seven (7) days prior to arrival, our team will contact the guest using the information on file to secure updated payment details and confirm the reservation. Updated payment must be received within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to avoid cancellation of the reservation. Cancellations or no-shows received within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount, including all room nights and applicable taxes.
• Room types are guaranteed according to booking, however specific room types cannot be guaranteed. You may request a specific room number and we will try to accommodate, however it cannot be guaranteed.
• In addition to your room rate, the following taxes and fees are added to your reservation: 14% County Occupancy Tax, $3.00 per room / per night T.B.I.D fee, and $1.10 per room / per night state tourism assessment.
• We also require a $125.00 per day authorization for your reservation upon check-in. This is to cover the cost of any potential incidentals or damages to the room during your stay. If no incidentals are charged to the room, this authorization will be released.
• Two private parking lots and overnight street parking available. Parking is for hotel guests only.
• Group blocks are available for four or more rooms and non-commissionable.
• The Fess Parker Wine Country Inn is a 100% Smoke-Free Property.
